Sustainability

At GRAFE, sustainability isn't a trend—it's part of our DNA. We are guided by principles that value resource efficiency, social responsibility, and business ethics, reflecting them both in the way we work internally and in the creative solutions we deliver to our clients. It is this consistency that allows us to innovate with purpose and build lasting positive impact.

GRACE

Grace (Corporate Citizenship Reflection and Support Group) brings together more than 300 companies from all sectors, with the main objective of reflecting on, promoting, and developing corporate social responsibility in Portugal. Grafe Publicidade has been a Grace associate and communications partner since 2010.

Netmentora

We don't want to keep our communication knowledge to ourselves; we continue to learn every day. Whenever requested, we join a task force to provide free assistance to new entrepreneurs on topics related to brand creation, brand personality, or publicity. It's been a great experience to join the Netmentora association, which has corporate social responsibility in its DNA.

APPDI

The Portuguese Charter for Diversity is a document that outlines the measures companies can take to promote diversity and equal opportunities in the workplace, regardless of cultural, ethnic, and social origin, sexual orientation, gender, age, physical characteristics, personal style, and religion.
Grafe Publicidade was one of the Charter's pioneering signatories and is now also a member of APPDI, the Portuguese Association for Diversity and Inclusion, having created the branding and website.

Green Energy Certificate

Aiming to reduce its ecological footprint and contribute to building a better, cleaner, and more sustainable future, Grafe has been making changes to its approach to society.
In 2019, it received the GREEN ENERGY certificate from EDP, which guarantees the use of only Green Electricity, produced from 100% renewable sources.

iGen

iGen is a business forum, of which we are members, that aims to promote equal professional rights between women and men, adopting a collective culture of social responsibility that combats gender discrimination in the workplace and employment.
