54 The results show that incentives in regulation are very important for the business value of fault location technology. Repair costs are reduced through shorter repair time but national regulations in Sweden relating to incentives for reduced Customer Minutes Lost, CML, are more important. HLUC 11 User engagement The two user-side Cases of Use (Active house and LocalLife) contrast in their approach but their end goals are the same: reducing peak demand and reducing residential energy use. The sequence of steps outlined in Figure 4.32 describes the necessary stages for execution of HLUC 11. The results obtained from HLUC 11 are described in Table 4.22.
