Table 4.8 shows KPI results and provides a brief description. The core of HLUC06 is data provision, management and exchange regarding all services running on the gm-hub. However, some of the KPI are directly related to user interaction with the gm-hub web user interface. On one hand, there are great results in service availability and request response rate, on the other hand, user interaction results are not as expected. Despite all the dissemination efforts and incentives, end-user interaction with the gm-hub services through the web interface is still lower than expected, as most of the services offered by the gm-hub are comfortably and directly available to users through the HEMS interface (LV Clients) or the VPP Planform (MV Clients). This led to end-users not using the gm-hub services directly from the web-interface and thus impacting on the HLUC06 KPIs. Results from HLUC07 – Procure and manage regulated flexibilities fromDER to optimize operation and costs This HLUC consists of two main steps occurring at different times: i) In the first stage, the DSO aims to pre-qualify potential flexibility providers/operators ensuring that they can technically provide the service needed and define the terms and conditions of the flexibility contracts signed with them. This step requires the technical-economic validation of the service providers and a pre-assessment of network areas to determine where and when the services are needed. This first stage takes place before the time at which distribution grid operational planning takes place (usually between one week and one day ahead of real-time operation); ii) In the second stage, the DSO aims to activate the flexibilities previously contracted Table 4.8 - HLUC6 KPIs and Description KPI Result Description Successful reply rate 97,8% (average) This KPI computes the number of queries successfully replied to by the CRM, without error, in the total amount of queries received by the CRM. Stakeholder satisfaction 77% This KPI asks stakeholders about the way and format in which request data is presented in the gm-hub (1 to 10).
