Another very important benefit is that we got an opportunity to collaborate on real activations of our flexible power enabling us to help the grid. For the future, we expect more precisely defined terms and conditions to participate as a flexibility provider for the DSO. We also would like to have a cleaner economic perspective for future DSO services, e.g. the price concept.” - Customer From Stockholm: “… [LocalLife’s Pause Hour] is only one hour, so we have so many possibilities. It depends on the day of course, and on the time when the Pause Hour is, but basically, I have tried everything during these many Pause Hours. I went shopping because it takes around 40-50 minutes. I went running or I went for a walk. I have a coffee with friends outside. There are so many possibilities.
